"Alana accepted a Spring 2022 internship position at MOOG in the Business Process Improvement Department. This position provides strategic support to the Finance Business Services team. The purpose of this role is to assist with process documentation, business process mapping and the implementation of standard work. While in this position Alana's MOOG internship mentor suggested that she complete an interest test and it was noted that human resources might be a possible career focus for her. With her increased self-confidence that she gained in this first internship placement and a goal of experiencing another facet of business, she is now in the process of applying for a second internship position at MOOG in their Human Resources Department. Noting that an internship is not work experience, it is an opportunity to experience work!"
